I love it, but I think I have that "disorder" you mentioned that makes it fit with me! The friends I have tried to introduce Twitter to have all dropped off almost immediately - they just don't have the Twitter gene. So 99.9% of my followers/following are new people tweeting in my life. It's all been positive so far and a great source of information and fun. Not to mention a really interesting insight into other people's minds! Good to meet you too : )

My experience on twitter was sending a message once every month for about six months. I didn't really get into it until I found out someone close to me was using it. Now I REGRET not getting on sooner.
Since then, it's been all uphill. I follow some really interesting and responsive people (including you, hp88). However, I do have friends that didn't last their first week on twitter and chatted with a few people who haven't had the best experience with people they met.

What's your experience been?
