A Taste of Sri Lanka turned out to be a very successful event. There were about 80 people in attendance to enjoy the authentic Sri Lankan feast prepared by refugees. After all the expenses, we raised about 10,000฿ ($300). We have already put this money to good use by beginning a fund to assist medical needs of asylum seeking refugees. You should be proud! Thanks to the Lub D staff who provided a great atmosphere and for the donations from the Bangkok branch of ING Life.
